On this page you can find support to help you manage your gluten free diet at home, at school, or when you are out and about. No matter your age, Coeliac UK is here to support you.
Support and guidance is also available for parents and carers, and for people who work in education and childcare.
Coeliac UK has a range of resources designed to support young people at every stage of their journey living with coeliac disease.
The Belly Bunch
Designed for members aged up to 5 years old, this booklet explains how a gluten free diet will give your child a ‘happy tummy’, using easy to understand and engaging illustrated characters.

For members aged between 5-11-years-old, this pack contains more detailed information on coeliac disease and includes ideas for activies to help a young person share more about their life.

Become a member of Coeliac UK
The best support comes from people who understand. We can help you make safe food choices for your child and family more easily and connect with others just like you, because we know what it takes to live gluten free every day.
Parents or carers of children (under 16) with coeliac disease are welcome to join Coeliac UK on the child’s behalf. If there is more than one person with coeliac disease living at the same address, you may wish to sign up for household membership.
Member2Member programme
Our Member2Member programme provides support to parents and carers of children who’ve recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease. It puts longer standing parent and carer members in touch with parents and carers of newly diagnosed children who may be in need of support.
Parents are matched with other parents who have children of a similar age. It is a great service to ask questions from someone who has been in your shoes and knows what you’re going through.
