Hints and tips on eating out with confidence

At venues with the Gluten Free Accreditation you can be reassured that staff have been trained to follow the correct procedures, and you won’t see any disclaimer statements on menus. Staff can sometimes change, and you may not always be able to find an accredited venue, so here are some tips from our team to help you dine out with confidence.

However, you do need to be careful what you order, and be aware of the risk of cross contamination in some takeaway restaurants.
