Coeliac UK joins forces with the Springboard Charity

Coeliac UK joins forces with the Springboard Charity to launch interactive educational module

The module is aimed at catering college students and considers coeliac disease and the gluten-free diet.

The module will help to improve caterers’ awareness of coeliac disease, the gluten-free diet and their ability to provide suitable food.

We are hopeful that by working with Springboard and their contacts, we can reach a wide group of future chefs and give them the confidence to cook fabulous gluten-free meals and make eating out easier for you!
