Coeliac UK on BBC Radio 4’s You and Yours programme

Coeliac UK’s Chief Executive Sarah Sleet took part in a discussion, alongside Doctor Clare Taylor from the Royal College of General Practitioners, today on BBC Radio 4’s You and Yours programme.

They highlighted the need to find the estimated half a million people who have coeliac disease who have not been diagnosed yet, as well as the need for raising awareness.

They also discussed how GPs should be testing for coeliac disease in patients they have diagnosed as having irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
