Further views sought on guidance on new allergen labelling rules

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has published the outcome of the first consultation phase on the technical guidance on new allergen labelling and information rules to support small and medium enterprises. The FSA are now seeking further views on the amended draft guidance. The guidance gives SMEs information about changes in European Union food allergen labelling for prepacked foods and allergen information for non-prepacked foods.
