Gluten-free Chef of the Year winner on BBC Radio Jersey

Jose Manuel De Freitas, who was last week crowned the winner of this year’s Gluten-free Chef of the Year Competition, has been speaking on BBC Radio Jersey with host Kevin Pamplin.

The worthy winner spoke of his happiness of reaching the final six and going on to win the competition, and also shared his winning menu.
