On Friday we were incredibly excited to launch the winners of our Gluten-free Chef of the Year competition

On Friday we were incredibly excited to launch the winners of our Gluten-free Chef of the Year competition which was judged by our Food Ambassador Phil Vickery.

Jose Manuel De Freitas was announced as the winner of this year’s competition for professional chefs whilst the Up and Coming Gluten-free Chef of the Year title was awarded to Christian Dean Young.

The competition helps us to raise awareness of the need for gluten-free options and we received some great coverage in the trade press. Take a look at some of the coverage we received below.
