Welcome to Hilary Croft, Coeliac UK’s new CEO

We are delighted to announce that Hilary Croft is our new Chief Executive Officer. She will be joining the charity on 3 June 2019 and joins us after heading up The Felix Project, where she developed significant partnerships with food suppliers and re-distributers to reduce food waste and food poverty across London.

We are delighted to announce that Hilary Croft is our new Chief Executive Officer. She starts today and we’re thrilled to welcome her on board. Hilary joins us after heading up The Felix Project, where she developed significant partnerships with food suppliers and re-distributors to reduce food waste and food poverty across London.

Hilary’s professional background lies in business transformation. Her senior management career started in marketing with Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology and digital transformation services, where she worked with a variety of organisations, such as Virgin Atlantic, Sky, Lego and Royal Mail. She also has vast knowledge and interest in the food and drink sector thanks to previous positions with Marks and Spencer, Coca-Cola, Compass Group and World Duty Free Europe.
