Please note the following amendments to the Summer edition of Crossed Grain magazine.

Banana bread recipe

We have had a few queries from people who have tried to make the banana bread recipe on Page 26. The recipe was sourced from a tried and tested collection of recipes so we are unsure as to why the results are not good. We would suggest leaving out the bicarbonate of soda from the ingredients.

Juvela basic bread recipe

The ingredients list should state a 500g packet of gluten-free white mix, not 1500g.
