Press coverage on coeliac disease, the gluten-free diet and our training

We are pleased to have received some great pieces of press coverage in national titles. These include a piece on The Food Navigator website about how nutritious gluten-free foods are, a double page spread in Bella magazine (March 2014 edition) about what coeliac disease is and the need for the gluten-free diet and a piece in EDUCatering magazine online about how school caterers can make a few small changes to enable children with coeliac disease to enjoy school meals.
