Food Standards Agency guidance and materials on FIR available

The Food Standards Agency has published guidance and materials to assist local authorities and food businesses in promoting, implementing and complying with the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation, launching on 13 December 2014. The information available includes technical guidance, posters, videos and infographics. Visit the FSA’s page on allergen information.
